deposits for all chemical services - due to an astoundingly-high number of of short-notice and no-notice cancellations of chemical service appointments, TEN PACHI now requires a credit card or 50% cash deposit to hold all chemical service appointments. we do not ask for a deposit for haircut appointments but we kindly ask for 48-hour notice for any cancellation, not doing so for your haircoloring, texture/digital perming, or straightperming appointment will result in a 50% charge for that service. thank you.
